All the staff were very professional, polite, kind, helpful and friendly. Everyone made me comfortable and the called to see if I had any problems. Thank you.
Everyone was helpful and very considerate during my procedure.
Was told to be there 30 mins before appt. Arrived at 8 am. Had to sign MORE paperwork which should have been done prior! Didn't start procedure till 1 hr 15 minutes later. The bedside manner was lacking, but expected, being treated like an assembly line! Once the discomfort became to much, requested anesthesia, had to initial and sign even though had signed/initialed earlier. Suffice it to say I will never get another colonoscopy! They did remove 13 polyps for which I AM grateful! Overall a terrible/torturous experience, from the PREP the day before to the interaction before, during and after the colonoscopy! Staff/doctors should remember, the clients are PEOPLE who deserve respect and dignity, not treated as beneath the staff. If you can't/won't treat clients better THEN maybe you should find another profession! Without clients you would have no job to do!
