Insurance and Billing

If you have insurance, we will file that for you; however, we will expect payment for co-pays, co-insurance and deductibles at the time of service. We accept cash, personal check, MasterCard or Visa. You will receive an easy-to-understand bill for the services provided at the center. You will also receive a bill from your physician, and pathology if a biopsy is taken.

We offer the option to pay bills online. Pay online using our secure server here.

Please feel free to call our billing office with any questions you may have about billing procedures or payment arrangements: (979) 774-4211.

We accept the following insurance plans:

Private Health Plans

  • Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas
  • United Healthcare
  • Cigna PPO
  • Humana
  • Greatwest
  • Unicare
  • Aetna
  • Healthsmart
  • PHCS

Government Health Plans

  • Medicare
  • Medicaid: We do not participate in out-of-state Medicaid plans
  • Tricare (standard)

Note: Above list is representative of accepted insurance plans and is subject to change. Always check with your insurance carrier to verify in-network providers and benefits. Please contact your insurance carrier to verify that we are in network with your insurance health plan.

The Cost of Your Procedure

Because you are responsible for costs for covered healthcare services until you reach your deductible, you should comparison shop if you elect to have a nonemergency procedure.

You can use tools like Healthcare Bluebook and the Medicare Procedure Price Lookup (for Medicare patients).  Many health insurance websites also provide information on where to find in-network services.
